Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Petition on oral instructions. It is submitted before this Court that the Petition was fled raising a grievance for restrainment on operation of bank account but during the pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to operate bank account. As such, the grievance raised in the Petition no more survive. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Disposed of as withdrawn.
