However, it is submitted that the petitioner is public servant and pendency of proceedings has adverse consequence. Hence, the trial may be expedited. 2.

In view of submissions, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed off accordingly. 3.

All the issues raised in this petition are kept open during trial.
