The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that pending the suit, the trial Court had passed an order in respect of furnishing bank guarantee to the extent of disputed amount and also directed that the bank guarantee shall be kept alive during the pendency of the suit and it is to be procured by the plaintiff in favour of the trustees. He submits that the plaintiff has complied with the said order. He therefore prays for continuation of the said order in respect of bank guarantee and also for stay of the judgment and order passed by the trial Court on 6.7.2015 in the said suit. 1 / 2

In the circumstances, the order of the trial Court dated 11.12.1995 to continue pending appeal.
