Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Hindu Marriage Petition No.239 of 2014 filed by the Respondent husband before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Panvel is transferred to the Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Satara for being heard along with the Petition filed by the Applicant wife for restitution of conjugal rights before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Satara. (ii)The Applicant wife has also filed a case under the Domestic Violence ssp 1/2

mca 102 of 2015 (933).sxw Act before the Civil Judge, Jr. Division at Koregaon, Satara. The same shall also be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Satara and all the three matters shall be heard and disposed off by one Judge of the Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Satara.

(iii)The evidence of the Respondent husband shall be recorded through video conferencing and the Court of Senior Division, Panvel shall allow the Respondent husband to use the video conferencing facility available in the Panvel Court for the said purpose.

(iv) In view of the above, the above Misc. Civil Applications are disposed off.

(v) Ad-interim/interim reliefs granted earlier in the above Misc. Civil Applications stand vacated.
