This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C. R. No. 188 of 2022 registered with Vaduj Police Station Vaduj for ofence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was registered on 10.06.2022.

The case of the prosecution is that the accused were celebrating birthday of Amol Mahadik. Thereafter, altercation between them. While the complainant and others proceedings towards residence, the applicant stopped them. Co-accused held the injured and applicant inflected blow of knife on his back. It is also alleged that the applicant inflicted blows of knife on Rajendra Jadhav.

It is submitted that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Nothing is recovered from them. Co-accused Mayur Dayanand Pawar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.08.2022. 4.

Learned APP submitted that specifc overt act has been attributed to the applicant. The Applicant assaulted two other persons. The applicant was armed with knife. 5.

Considering the role attributed to the applicant, no case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2601 of 2022 stands rejected and disposed of.
