The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent no. 2 is not considering the proposal sent by the petitioner no. 1 for approval of petitioner no.2 as Shikshan Sevak in the Junior College run by the petitioner no. 1. According to the petitioners, the proposal dated 9.9.2015 has been submitted by the Headmaster of Petitioner no.1 Institution and the same is still pending. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of by directing

hvn p-59-wp-11143-2016.doc respondent no.2 to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner no. 1 for approval of the appointment of petitioner no. 2 as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. Till the proposal is pending, petitioner shall be continued in the present institution.
