The learned counsel for the Petitioner after taking instructions from the Office bearer of the Petitioner-Society would submit that the Society has agreed to formulate parking policy as per the statutory framework and implement the same within a period of eight weeks from today. Infact this is exactly the direction issued by the Cooperative Court by its Judgment and Order dated 4 May 2017. In view of the willingness expressed by the Society to formulate parking policy as directed by the Co-operative Court, nothing would survive in the present petition.
