1] By a reasoned Order dated 29th August 2018 the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that in pursuance of orders dated 29th August 2018 and 13th March 2019, the applicant has deposited the said amount of Rs.45,000/- with RMS Credit Services on 25th March 2019. The photocopy of the cheque and letter of acceptance is taken on record. 3] In view of the above, interim relief granted by order dated 29th August 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
