Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, at this stage, prays for the alternate prayer in terms of prayer clause (c) of the application. The said prayer to return and handover the vehicles to the jurisdictional police and discharge the Supratnama executed by the applicant, was not made before the learned Magistrate. 3.

In this view of the matter, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to make appropriate application before the learned Magistrate seeking discharge of the Supratnama and permission to handover the vehicles to the jurisdictional police.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
