The learned AGP states, on instructions from Mr. Hemant Dange, Under Secretary, Revenue & Forest Department, Mantralaya, who is present in the court, that some queries/discrepancies have been pointed out to the petitioners, which they are expected to comply and upon compliance by the petitioners, the proposal will be processed thereafter in terms of the directions given earlier in the respective Writ Petitions. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes a statement that the queries/discrepancies will be complied with and/or answered within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter the authorities may take appropriate decision in terms of the order passed by this court.
