Learned A.P.P, at the outset, states that no FIR has been registered as of today on the complaint made by one Bhavana Swapnil Pawar with the Hinjewadi Police Station, Pune. 3.

In the event, the Investigating Officer, Hinjewadi Police Station intends to register an offence against the applicants, on the basis of SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.1409.15.doc the complaint lodged by Bhavana Swapnil Pawar, he shall give 72 hours prior notice in writing to the applicant.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed of. 5.
