The substantive challenge in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the communication/order dated 14th November 2014 issued by the District Collector, Satara, by which an Application made by the Petitioner for regularization under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 has been rejected. The statutory remedies are available under the said Code for challenging the said order. In view of the availability of the statutory remedies, we decline to entertain this Petition.
