Mr. Patil submits that Mr. Natwarlal Mohanlal Patel, the Director of the petitioner Jaico Book House Pvt. Ltd. is present in the Court today. He has tendered a photo-copy of his Aadhaar Card which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. 5.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Patil, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
