The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the Education Officer. Same is not decided.

Mr.K.S.Thorat, the learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners as Shikshak Sevak is pending with the Education Officer, then Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
