The applicant-appellant and his advocate both were absent on 20th September 2017. This application was, therefore, adjourned to 7th November 2017. After that date no attempt was made to seek any order in terms of the application. The application was again listed on 26th February 2018 but could not be taken up due to paucity of time. We directed that the application be listed on supplementary board today.

Today also neither the applicant nor his advocate are present. Since the appeal is filed against conviction and in the absence of advocate for applicant, we do not wish to prejudice the applicant, we condone the delay in filing the appeal. Criminal Application No.1282 of 2017 is disposed of.
