This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the First Appeal. The First Appeal was dismissed pursuant to the order 26 November, 2021 passed by the Registrar-Judicial (II). 2.

In this First Appeal, by order dated 18 December, 2019 notices were issued to Respondent, returnable on 4 February, 2020 since the learned counsel for the Appellant did not take any steps the First Appeal was dismissed by order of Registrar. 3.

Since notices were have not been issued to Respondent, this Interim Application for restoration can be Amol D. Nawale

In view of the same, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
