It is recorded in the order dated 8.1.2014 that the petitioners have taken a girl child in adoption on 2.1.2014. In view of this development which has occurred during the pendency of the petition, substantial grievance raised by the petitioner is redressed. So far as clarification of guidelines which were existing then, the said question does not arise in view of the revised CARA guidelines issued by the Central Government. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off.
