The application is moved for stay of the implementation and execution of the judgment and award dated 9th May,2017 passed by the Commissioner for Employees" Compensation & Judge, Labour Court, Sangali in Application (ECA) No.6/C-2/2016. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount of Rs.11,70,151/- towards compensation. She produces the details. In view of this submission, the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed pending the appeal. It is to be noted that the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the 1/2

p519-caf2762-17 amount of compensation is not properly calculated which in fact comes to Rs.12,44,000/-. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that after calculation, if there is any deficiency, the Insurance Company will make good of it.
