1] Learned APP has invited our attention to page 20 of writ petition which shows that on 13th April, 2018 Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate 11th Court, in Miscellaneous Case No.1931/2017 has considered the application moved by the Petitioner for direction to State to furnish to him all documents of investigation and notice was issued to Investigating Officer.
