The applicant wants that Advocate Arfan Sait be appointed for him to prosecute the Appeal. However, the said Advocate has become Addl. Public Prosecutor, and would not be in a position to take up the brief of the applicant. The Appeal has already been ordered to be heard expeditiously, and has been fixed for final hearing on 15th December 2015. Under these circumstances, no further order on this application is necessary.

Application stands disposed of with these observations.
