Heard both sides. Perused the petition and the annexures thereto. The writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the second respondent-Scrutiny Committee at Nashik to dispose of the pending proceedings as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. In the event the petitioner is admitted in the fourth respondent institute, then, that admission should not be disturbed for a period of 15 days from the date of communication of the order of the Scrutiny Committee in the event it is adverse to the petitioner so as to enable him to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge the adverse order.
