The Petitioners-State filed this Petition challenging the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, granting interim relief in favour of the Respondents in Original Application No. 634 of 2017 by order dated 13 July 2017. The learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that, thereafter the Original Application was finally disposed of, therefore nothing survives in this Petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
