The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the parties have already settled the disputes and have filed Consent Terms before the Industrial Court. He would therefore submit that the present Petition has become infructuous. Ms. Cox, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that though she has received a letter from the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the Petition, she is not aware as to whether any amount has agreed in the consent terms is actually paid to the Petitioner or not.

Considering the fact that the consent terms are already filed before the Industrial Court, the Petition has become infructuous. If indeed the katkam 1/2
