Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the Petitioner was directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.194 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. He further submitted that, the 12th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad had issued a Production Warrant No. 458 of 2019 dated 9th March 2019 and therefore, the Petitioner was handed over in the custody of PSI Mr. M. Krushna for his transfer to Hyderabad Jail. That, the Petitioner is presently undergoing sentence at Hyderabad Jail.
