Mr. S.M. Kalyankar is not present in the Court. Criminal Application No. 1475 of 2018 is filed by the Applicant through jail seeking expeditious hearing of the Criminal Application No. 1367 of 2012. The application is dated 23rd July, 2018. It appears that on 17th of September, 2018, the Applicant has further filed an application seeking withdrawal of the appeal No. 1367 of 2012.

In view of the order of this Court in Criminal Application No. 379 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No. 426 of 2012 decided on 21st December, 2015, the application for withdrawal of appeal deserves to be rejected.

This Court has requested Mr. Sachin Chandan to espouse the cause of the Appellant. He has graciously accepted. Stand over to 18th December, 2018. Both applications are disposed of. 4.

Office to communicate this order to the Appellant, who is in Thane Central Prison. In view of this, the application seeking enlargement on bail stands rejected.
