The learned AGP on instructions states that the balance of the decretal amount has been deposited before the District Court, Thane to the account of Civil Appeal No.383 of 2012. Ms. Mudbidri, learned counsel for the Petitioner admits that a portion of this amount has already been withdrawn by her and the balance would be in the range of Rs.75,000/- or there above.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the State before the District Court along with the accrued interest, if any.

In view of the aforesaid, this Contempt Petition stand disposed of.
