The Petitioner is arrested on 24th February 2015 and is lodged at Aadharwadi District Prison, Kalyan since 9th March 2015. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, in last 7 years his Sessions Case arising out of CR No.39 of 2015 registered with Kalyan Railway Police Station, Kalyan is not yet concluded and he has been lodged as an under trial prisoner. 2.

In view of above, we hereby direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, seized of Sessions Case No. 217 of 2015 arising out of CR No.39 of 2015 registered with Kalyan Railway Police, Kalyan to decide the said case expeditiously and in any case within a period of 9 months from the 1/2
