Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his Revision Application was dismissed for non deposit of the amount which is required to be deposited for making the Revision Application entertainable. He submits that the petitioner is inclined to deposit the requisite amount so that his revision become entertainable.
In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to deposit the amount within one week from today. On such deposit being
rpa 2/2 wp-1248-17.doc made, the said Authority shall restore the Revision and consider the Revision Application as also the prayer of interim relief, on merits as expeditiously as possible.
Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
