On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, the counsel for the applicants has withdrawn the application on 29/06/2022.

Again on 16/09/2022, the application is fled by stating that successive anticipatory bail application shall be entertained, since it is fled after reasonable time. 2.

On rejection of an application for anticipatory bail, it was incumbent on part of the applicant to surrender or the Investigating Offcer to arrest. Merely because, reasonable time has elapsed, it does not create a fresh ground to entertain the successive bail application.

The application is dismissed.
