Liberty to the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest.

Statutory deposit shall be transferred to M.A.C.T, Pune. 6.

The learned Member of M.A.C.T, Pune thereafter shall proceed further, in accordance with law, in respect of the said statutory deposit.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
