Learned Counsel Mr. Vijay Killedar appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development i.e. filing of Writ Petition No.5502/2017, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. He submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. To that effect he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked ' X' for identification. Same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to make appropriate application with the Bank for extension of the bank guarantee and file in the pending Writ Petition No.5502/2017 4.

No order as to costs.
