The petitioner herein has challenged the order of issuance of process dated 10th April, 2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.7, Pune in Criminal Case No.1934 of 2017. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of filing a revision application before the Sessions Court, Mr. Girish Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a revision application with application for condonation of delay, if necessary. 3.

Leave with liberty is granted. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
