This is an application for bail. Learned APP submitted that chargesheet has been filed against the applicant. The applicant is charged for the offences punishable under Sections 370(3) read with 34 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections, 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956. In the circumstance, applicant is permitted to prefer an application for bail before the Sessions Court on the basis of the chargesheet filed against him. In the event, application is preferred by the applicant before the Sessions Court, the Sessions Court may consider the same without being influenced by the earlier order of rejection. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the mother of
