The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of petitioner's report. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has already filed miscellaneous application No.923 of 2015 under Section 156 (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 before the JMFC Pune, Court No.7, Pune. In that view of the matter, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.

The roznama of the miscellaneous application No.923 of 2015 annexed at page 160 reveals that both the parties had advanced their final arguments in the month of March -2015. However, the application is not disposed. In the circumstances, learned JMFC, 7th Court, Pune is directed to dispose of miscellaneous application No.923 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferably with a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
