1] Heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2] This application is moved to modify the following condition imposed while releasing the applicant on bail, during the pendency of Revision Application No.540 of 2016, by order dated 29th September, 2016. "applicant shall mark presence with Vikroli Police station, once in three months on first day of each month", 3] Apparently the condition of marking presence with Vikroli Police 1/2

14 APPR 432 OF 2019 Station, once in three months is neither onerous nor unreasonable. Hence, application does not deserve to be entertained. However, having regard to the fact that the applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for three months on each count, the Revision Application itself, can be heard expeditiously. 4] Hence application stands disposed of.

5] Revision Application be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 13.01.2020.
