This is the second bail application by the same Applicant. He had also approached this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No.849 of 2021. After arguing for some time, when the Court showed its disinclination to grant relief, it was withdrawn. The order was passed on 05/01/2022. In the same order the trial Court was asked to follow the order passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) dated 30/09/2021 in Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

Learned counsel submitted that the trial Court be directed to complete the trial within 3 months from today and if the trial is not completed within that period, the Applicant be granted liberty to approach this Court again for his release on bail.

The request is reasonable. The application is allowed with such liberty. The trial Court is requested to complete the trial expeditiously within a period of 3 months from today. 4.

It is made clear that the prosecution and the defence shall co-operate with the expeditious disposal of the trial. 5.
