Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of the prearrest bail granted to the respondent No.2 vide order dated 02/08/2017. It appears that after the anticipatory bail application was granted to respondent No.2, the Police have filed chargesheet as against the respondent No.2 on 25/06/2018 in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Indapur, Pune (RCC No. 288 of 2018). Thereafter, the case was committed to the Court of Sessions on 25/06/2018 and the said case is numbered as Wakodikar 1/2
13. APPLN. 501-2017.doc Sessions Case No.76 of 2018 and presently, the matter is kept for framing of charge.

It appears that the applicant had filed an application in the Sessions Court, seeking cancellation of respondent No.2's bail on the ground that the respondent No.2 was threatening her. The Trial Court vide order dated 22/02/2019 rejected the said application seeking cancellation of bail of respondent No.2, however, directed the respondent No.2 not to enter village Kalashi, Taluka Indapur, District Pune, without the permission of the Court.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the application. Hence, the application is dismissed. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
