Heard. This application is made by the contemnor Ajay Daulat Canser for exemption to remain present on each and every date of hearing in the Contempt Petition on the ground that presently he is working at Saudi Arabia. He submits that it is very difficult for him to attend each and every date in the matter.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant undertakes to remain present as and when this court calls upon him to remain present in court. The undertaking is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in paragraph 3 and 5 of the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Personal attendance of the applicant on each and every date in the Contempt Petition is exempted.

b) The applicant shall remain present in court as and when he is directed to do so.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
