1] This is an application of the wife for withdrawing amount of arrears of maintenance.

2] This Court while granting Ad-interim relief in 2018 directed the husband to deposit Rs. 2 Lakhs which I am informed is lying in the Court.

2 5.433.19 appln.doc 3] Learned counsel for the Respondent-husband opposed the prayer for withdrawal of the amount as it is claimed that Applicantwife is gainfully employed. 4] Only part arrears are deposited that too upto 2018. That being so, objection raised by the counsel for Respondent-husband that entire arrears may not be permitted to be withdrawn are liable to be rejected.

5] As such, Application is allowed. Applicant-wife is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.]
