Learned AGP on instructions from the Respondent No. 3 i. e. office of the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune states that if the Petitioners submit their written submissions on 12.09.2018, the Respondent No. 3 will pass appropriate orders in the Appeals, on or before 21.09.2018.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press these Petitions. 3.

Accordingly, the Petitioners to appear before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune on 12.09.2018 at 11.00 a. m. and submit their written submissions. The Additional Commissioner shall, thereafter, pass appropriate orders on the Appeals filed by the Petitioners on or before 21.09.2018. Copy of the orders shall be supplied by the Respondent No. 3 to the Petitioners on the date on which the orders are pronounced i. e. on or before 21.09.2018. All contentions of all the parties are kept

open. It is made clear, that these Petitions have not been heard on merits.

In view of the aforesaid, the Petitions are disposed off, as not pressed.
