This is an application for fixing early date of hearing of Criminal Appeal No.899 of 2019. The Applicant had earlier made similar prayer through the Interim Application No.773 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.899 of 2019. This Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide the order dated 25/04/2022 observed MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR that the Appeal was admitted in 2019 and it was not possible to MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date: 2022.10.01 11:09:39 +0530 fix the date for hearing of the Appeal. However the Appeal was expedited.
