This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.106 of 2016 registered with Islampur Police Station, District Sangli.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in BA No.1534 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and an amended copy of the same be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant/respondent No.2 within the same stipulated period. 4.
