Since the offence invoked is under Section 420 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2008, let the investigating Offcer issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. to the applicants. Upon receipt of notice, the applicants shall report to the Investigating Offcer within a period of three days, who shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and in case, if he is desirous of effecting the arrest of the applicants, he shall record his reasons in writing. 2.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed off.
