The remedy for the Petitioner is to apply to the leaned Advocate General under the provisions of Section 2 of the Maharashtra Vexatious Litigation (Prevention) Act, 1971 for any proceedings under the Act to be initiated against the Respondent.

We accordingly dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue such remedy as available to the Petitioner. 3.

All contentions of the Petitioner are expressly kept open. 4.
