By this Civil Application, Applicant original plaintiff is seeking condonation of 15 days delay in filing Appeal from Order.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not made out any case for condonation of delay. Hence, Civil Application may be dismissed with cost.
