The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in crime no. 485 of 2022 registered with Indapur police station for the offence punishable under sections 307, 324, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC. 3.

The prosecution case is, the applicant alongwith his son, accused no. 2 caught hold of the complainant and facilitated the accused no. 2 to stab the complainant with knife in the back. 4.

I have perused the investigation papers produced by learned APP.

A stab injury caused by knife by accused no. 2 is certified to be simple in nature. The accused no. 2 was arrested for the same. akn 1/2

There are no criminal antecedents.

The only role attributed to the applicant is, he caught hold of the victim just to facilitate the commission of the offence. 8.

In this background, case for grant of ad-interim protection is made out.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 485 of 2022 registered with Indapur police station for the offence punishable under sections 307, 324, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 10.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer from 26/09/2022 to 29/09/2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

The applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station till the charge is framed. 13.

The application stands disposed of.
