The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the settlement talks are going on. On 8 December, 2017, an order was passed by this Court adjourning the matter by way of last chance, if the settlement takes place in the Court where the main proceedings are pending, nothing will survive in this Application which is filed only for the purpose of transfer. Merely on the ground that the settlement talks are going on in the Trial Court, the Application cannot be just be adjourned without any arguments.
