By this petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation in respect of C.R.No.16 of 2014 from Mahabaleshwar Police Station to State CID, Pune.

Mr.Saste, learned APP having taken instructions from the learned Officer states that after completion of investigation in the said C.R., "B" Summary report is already filed before the concerned Magistrate.

The prayer claimed in this petition cannot be granted as investigation is already concluded and "B" summary report is filed, suffice to direct the concerned Magistrate to dispose of the "B" Summary Report as expeditiously as possible.
