2] Being aggrieved by the Judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No.113/2020, a Special Leave 1/2

The Application proceed to state that preparation of the Review Application consumed some time, which is bonafide. 3] Since I am convinced that delay of 130 days shall not prove fatal to the cause which is sought to be agitated in the present Review Application, Interim Application is made absolute, in terms of prayer clause (A).
