After hearing the learned Advocate for Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned Counsel on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this Application. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant is 19 years old and he is behind the bar since 21⁄2 years, hence direction be given to expedite the trial.

Considering the submissions of learned Advocate for the Applicant, Application is allowed to be withdrawn, dismissed and disposed off.

As the Applicant is behind the bar for more than 21⁄2 years, learned Trial Court is required to dispose of the pending trial as early as possible preferably within one year from the date of receipt of the order.
